All customer information required for the purpose of booking will be used only for this purpose and will under no circumstances be passed on to third parties.
The use for commercial purposes as well as the reproduction and distribution of all content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and digital downloads, is prohibited.
Protection of credit card transactions:
All transactions conducted on this website are protected by SSL software, the industry standard and the best software available today for secure online commerce business.
The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and JCB.
Online, email and phone reservations are compulsory, as far as tickets available, and cannot be cancelled or re-scheduled anymore. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. The cost of the ticket is debited to the provided credit card. Please note that subsequent cancellation is not possible.
Ticket pick up and delivery:
Upon request the tickets can be mailed to the address on the order. For tickets which have been lost on the post way we do not accept any liability.

All information on this website is carefully checked and updated on a regular basis. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this site or the information, content or services included on or otherwise made available to you through this site. You expressly agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk. References to external internet sites are characteristic elements of this web site. Any warranty or liability for the contents of such external websites or changes thereof is expressly excluded.
This online ticket office acts only as procurer for entering tickets and is not liable for eventual refunds. We are not committed to inform the clients of cancellations and re-scheduled events; however, we aim to inform the clients when possible. In any case we do exclude liability for journeys, hotel arrangements or any other costs in context with cancelled or re-scheduled events. In case of a cancellation of a performance only the organizer can decide if a refund will be effected. If there has been charged an advance booking fee and the performance has been cancelled, we can not refund this advance booking fee, because of the already fulfilled service of the advanced booking.
According to EU Regulaton si 484/2013 No right to cancel exists for the provision of accommodation other than for residential purpose, transport of goods, car rental services, catering or services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.

Tickets to classical concerts
These Tickets can be cancelled up to 3 days before the date of performance. You will receive a refund of 70% of the price you paid. 30% of the price is the cancelation fee. You can cancel tickets under these conditions by sending us a cancellation request at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Tickets to La Fenice Opera House
These tickets cannot be cancelled or re-scheduled.
Changes of cast, date and/or program:
Performances are subject to changes of cast, date and/or program and such changes shall not create an entitlement to return tickets of admission.
This online ticket office operates the booking, reservation, delivery and disposal of tickets in advance in behalf of its customers. The released rates on the website as well as the sale prices mentioned in phone sales are final prices, i.e. no further costs, except delivery charges if agreed, are added. Attention: the price that you pay may be higher than the face value printed on the ticket.
