The Imperial Gala Concert offers a hand-picked selection from the golden age of Viennese music:

  • Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart – orchestral pieces, overtures and opera arias
  • Johann Strauss (son) – waltzes, polkas and marches such as The Blue Danube or Radetzky March
  • Antonio Vivaldi – highlights from The Four Seasons
  • Ludwig van Beethoven, Johann Pachelbel and other composers closely linked to Vienna and Palais Auersperg

The evening brings together:

  • Soloists of the Vienna Mozart Orchestra
  • A soprano performing well-known opera arias
  • Ballet dancers in elegant costumes, adding a visual “ballroom” touch to the programme
