About the Artist
British conductor Ivor Bolton recently concluded his tenures as Music Director of Madrid’s Teatro Real (2015–2025) and Chief Conductor of the Sinfonieorchester Basel (2016–2025). He is Conductor Laureate of the Mozarteumorchester Salzburg and Music Director of the Dresden Festival Orchestra, noted for stylistic insight from Baroque and Classical repertoire through Romantic symphonism.
